- Maintenance Technician III
This individual is primarily responsible for the routine and extensive preventive maintenance, repair, modifications, and installation of equipment utilized in various processes of the business. In addition, this individual has the same responsibilities for the facilities, including air and water systems, structures, heating and cooling systems, and boilers. This position may be responsible for scheduling technicians in the Facilities Engineer’s absence. Most of the work, unless unexpected or emergency repairs, is managed via a work order system. Occasional travel may be required and overtime (planned and unplanned) can be expected. Maintenance Technicians are on a one week rotary “On Call” basis to answer alarms outside of normal business hours, including weekends.

The Programmer/SQL Analyst must establish close relationships with key business customers to identify business needs and then deploy and support the appropriate information systems to meet those needs. Solutions might be globally developed/supported Level-3/4 applications or locally deployed/supported applications including L2/3 COTS packages, site-specific Business Intelligence solutions, and custom developed L3 applications. For global applications, the Analyst will provide local support including day-to-day break-fix support, serve as a communications conduit to the local and global teams, and provide local development to the site. For local applications – complete life-cycle ownership will be expected including development. The Analyst must develop deep technical experience with Microsoft SQL.
